For a low PEPM fee, your employees and dependents receive unlimited access to medically necessary imaging services – MRI, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and extras such as contrasting dye.

The Heath Check Now Program Details
We are a subscription. Your company pays a PEPM for all benefit enrolled employees and their dependents; billed as a claim against the plan so this does NOT increase admin/fixed plan costs
We offer Basic & Unlimited Program options.
All programs include MRIs, X-rays, CT scans, and Ultrasounds. Excludes pediatric imaging or any imaging that requires sedation.
Programs include a free heart and lung scan for those on the plan and are thirty-eight years of age or older. Spouse or Partner eligible for a scan at a reduced cost of $350 (normal value $999).
Programs include screening for Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD).
